We accept credit or debit card payment. Where there are alternative shipping options for overseas orders we will confirm shipping costs prior to despatch. This is to ensure we minimise the shipping costs to you.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Solo and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, by post or over the Internet.

Overseas orders will be quoted at cost using Parcelforce International Standard, Parceline or Initial City Link.
We aim to despatch all orders within 72 hours of receipt ( weekends and Bank holidays excluded) Should we be unable to adhere to this you will be notified by telephone or email with an expected despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
International:
Delivery will be made using Parcelforce International Standard or Intial City Link. Shipping charges will be confirmed with you before your order is proccessed.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

Unwanted Goods:
We are happy to exchange unsuitable or unwanted items as long as they are returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with the receipt and within ten days of delivery. In such circumstances we will not refund either the original postage or your return postage. We do not send goods out on approval.
Faulty Goods:
If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please supply us with a copy of your delivery note stating the fault and send it back to us with the item and its original packaging, within ten working days. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate.
Goods Damaged in Transit
The contents of your order should be checked immediately after delivery. Please contact us straightaway if there are any problems, make sure you either check the contents whilst carrier is present or sign unchecked. Point out any damaged boxes to the courier and make sure there is a note of any such damage on the docket before the courier leaves.. If we receive no such notification within seven days of delivery the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
