Service Standards
On receipt of your order, Nimpopo immediately forwards it to the tackle shop offering the best price and delivery standards. If the item is in stock ( Key Products always and other items normally), payment verification will be undertaken and the goods despatched to arrive with you within 72 hours UK mainland, 7 to 9 working days world-wide. When an order is received on a Weekend, despatch will be the following Monday morning. If a retailer does not have the item in stock or, for some other reason, it cannot be delivered to you within the timescales outlined above, we will email you by return explaining the reasons why and offering you alternative terms, and unlike many Mail Order companies payment for your order will not be taken until the day of despatch. Only if you accept these new terms will the order be processed. In this way, you can be assured that you will get your goods promptly and not get "palmed-off" with some excuse as to why they are late. We will follow-up a random selection of orders checking that they have been despatched within the standards specified above.If a shop lets you down in any way, we want to know about it! At Nimpopo, we understand that we are only as good as the performance of the Tackle Shops on our site. We monitor them extremely closely for that reason. They are aware that, if they let you down or do not perform in some other way, we have the ultimate sanction of removing them from the site!
